History and
Development
The roots of Giovanni L. go back to 1961, when grandfather Lasagna opened his first ice cream parlor. In 1972, Giovanni Lasagna was born, who continued the family legacy and opened the first Giovanni L. branch in Hanover in 2005. Since then, the company has continued to develop and expand internationally, with locations in Spain (Mallorca), Denmark, Saudi Arabia, Switzerland and Austria.

Giovanni L. produces around 2 million liters of gelato annually on a production area of 4,000 m². The factory uses only fresh raw materials, including milk from regional farmers, and completely avoids artificial flavors, colorings and preservatives.
